This year will definitely be one for the books, there’s no question about that. As we move towards the end of this trying year, I can’t help but reflect on the conversations I’ve had with many of you. Many of you will know that every November, a team of staff and IPC Advisors make time to go down to Honduras to give back with our time, energy, and financial support to local communities in this country improve their living conditions. This year, unfortunately, has been different.

I believe that advisors who face these challenges head-on by disrupting the status quo will evolve the way they support their clients.

After reading The E-Myth, I realized that my mission was to help financial advisors build better businesses.

I want to share one of my favourite life-changing books: The 4-Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferris. The book describes four steps under the acronym D.E.A.L that pushes business people to focus most of their work efforts on those activities that will generate the biggest results.
