As I was preparing for this episode, I was thinking about a story I read regarding a passage between F. Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemmingway. In 1926, Fitzgerald wrote that the rich “are different from you and me,” and Hemingway reportedly retorted, “Yes, they have more money.”

Working with high net worth individuals might be different from working with retail clients, but when it’s all said and done, they’re still individuals with needs. How do you attract these clients into your business and how do you service them?
